To participate, we require that you submit one digital photo example of each of the following, no later than October 17 (making sure that labels are readable) to this Dropbox (https://www.dropbox.com/request/Zt7jiZsFtS3Lep9MkN6T). Make sure to title each picture with your last name:
- Cane label
- Goblet label
- Cane top
- Straw label
- Completed ABC form or one each of an AB and an AC form
